- Quinoa tabbouleh salad - beets, almonds, great dressing
- Filet mignon with oven roasted mushrooms, green & white asparagus on a shallot capers jus
- Chocolate chip bread pudding

- Poached Egg
- Gluten free toast
In less than 24 hours I have tried three flavors of frozen yogurt: mango, strawberry and sweet coconut. I may have to move to the fresh fruit soon or my gym clothes won't fit.
